Project and operational support in the family business: workplace and process organisation, inventory of 600+ SKUs, coordination of orders, drivers and deliveries, software and product data. Logistics problem-solving, supplier communication, marketing materials, website support and international contacts, including negotiations in Turkish.

Managed strategic DIY/retail accounts, negotiations and commercial terms; coordinated client, production and logistics and led a 9-person merchandising team. Identified market opportunities, developed pricing and product proposals and tested new product concepts with retail partners.

Started in guiding and transfer operations, then progressed to leading major excursions and VIP transfers, including demanding guests and conflict situations. In the final year I moved fully into the office as Operations Manager, focusing on logistics, coordination and day-to-day tourism operations.

Student representation — Represented approximately 100 Bulgarian students in Ankara and acted as a bridge between students and institutions.
